These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Passport Social (the "platform"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Passport stamps, purchases & reservations

"Passport stamps" are a prepaid, in-app credit used to access features on the platform; they have no cash value outside the platform and are not a payment instrument. Purchases are processed by Stripe. When you buy stamps or spend them to tip, unlock content, message, or reserve an experience, you authorize the applicable charge or deduction. Because stamps and digital-content unlocks are delivered immediately, purchases and spends are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Creators earn stamps that may be cashed out subject to our payout terms. Settlement for off-platform experiences (e.g. charters) is handled by the experience provider.

4. Content & conduct

You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a license to host and display it to operate the service. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, non-consensual, or that depicts minors, and not to harass, defraud, or impersonate others. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Passport Social and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the platform except as permitted by law.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passport Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
