Information we collect

• Account information — such as your name or display name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Content you create — photos, videos, messages, and profile details you choose to upload.
• Transaction information — records of stamp purchases, spends, reservations, and payouts. Card details are entered directly into Stripe; we receive only a token and limited metadata (e.g. last four digits), never full card numbers.
• Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser/device type, and basic analytics used to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• To provide and maintain the platform, your account, and your stamp wallet.
• To process purchases, spends, reservations, and creator payouts (via Stripe).
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud and abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account or support requests.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform, including:

• Stripe — payment processing and payouts.
• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, and security.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Your choices & rights

Children

The platform is intended for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
